Health Care Model Health View One

We have assembled an array of like minded health care experts to provide the most perfect medical treatment to our patients using innovative medical technology. Our model appreciates the power of communications from our software developers to our medical providers and finally our most precious commodity, our treatment consumers (Patients).

Progressive Health (Communications >>> Organic farms >>> Pre-visit out-reach & assessments >>> Patient treatment >>> Continued Care health plans).

Health View One is our consumer treatment center. The treatment of the consumer starts at home or away from the office days or hours prior to office visit. We have carefully crafted practical, and patient friendly questionnaires used to capture the most current subjective concerns of the treatment consumer.

We take a progressive and holistic approach to consumer treatment. Our in-office medical technology provides an objective assessment, and the resulting data is made available to the medical providers for a final human assessment as well. This process reduces waiting time and provides further billing justification.

Science Organic Farms

We understand the importance of science in the world of health care. Our science labs will endeavor to develop scientific tools to assist our farms to produce safer consumer friendly products.

A more perfect start to good health starts with organically grown foods. Our farms, Ergo Agriculture, are designed to deliver organic products to the markets at an affordable price from both our rural and urban farms.

Medical Mall Community Outreach

Our medical malls will be built on the same premise as a shopping mall with some obvious differences. The difference is we utilize both our own individual medical providers as well as other established providers under our roof. This gives us the flexibility to operate as individual entities.

Comprehensive Business Care Model

Pre Notes: The mall will consist of an array of medical practices from chiropractor, dentist, hospice services, surgery centers, cancer center and more.

Our TeleHealth Product

Verdure Life Centers (VLC) promotes the use of telehealth technologies for health care delivery, education, and health information services. Telehealth is especially critical in rural and other remote areas that lack sufficient health care services, including specialty care. The range and use of telehealth services have expanded over the past decades, along with the role of technology in improving and coordinating care. Traditional models of telehealth involve care delivered to a patient at an originating (or district) site from a specialist working at a distant (or district facility) site. VLC telehealth network consists of a cluster of originating sites receiving services from a collaborating district facility. Telehealth is defined as the use of electronic information and telecommunication technologies to support long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, public health, and health administration. Technologies include video conferencing, the internet, store-and-forward imaging, streaming media, and terrestrial and wireless communications. VLC will provides health care providers with analytics, and a HL7 or FHIR network that connects all provider including first responders.

We provide both grass roots services such as annual wellness visit (AWV), Health Risk Assessments (HRS), and much more.
1. Data sharing between providers.
2. Online wellness programs such as annual wellness visits(AWV) and Health Risk Assessments(HRAs)
3. Ability to communicate and share data between hands-on providers and clinical laboratories.

Mental Health

In the designing and implementation of a "medical mall", many factors can and should be taken under consideration. With particular reference to the provision of mental health services, it should be recognized that there are a number of clinical rubrics, each with its own patient/consumer characteristics, treatment modalities, and design of services.

With "straight" mental health services, the population will differ in its defining characteristics, from those of the drug or alcohol user. In turn, this differentiation demands its own distinct clinical approach. That said, these distinctions do not mean to imply that there cannot be "overlap" between the groups, or that one group is completely different from another. The approaches are defined more in term of generalities about the population, rather than "hard and fast rules" regarding treatment.

A "straight" mental health client may be motivated to seek treatment, and this motivation may/may not dictate a willingness to comply with a therapeutic approach (e.g. psychoanalytic psychotherapy, rational emotive therapy, etc.). A drug abuser or addict may be "manipulative" in terms of his willingness to comply with rehabilitation. An alcoholic, in spite of his/her need to recover, may jeopardize treatment by "slipping" of giving in to the need to drink. These are examples of differences in mental health populations, which may require differences in treatment. With the straight mental health population, a more supportive approach may be indicated, and with the addict, one may have to take a firmer stand regarding a client's behavior, or willingness to get better. Again, these are generalities, nothing more.

The make-up of a staff for a mental health center is largely dependent on its intended size and scope. Ideally, it could involve a variety of professionals, from various backgrounds. Smaller agencies (such as those contained in an office suite), may focus of employing professionals of the same or similar backgrounds: e.g., one could have a small group practice of clinical psychologist, with either doctoral or masters conferrals. Such a group may need to retain an MD psychiatrist to prescribe appropriate medications, as needed. Other small group practices may be made up of psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, or some combination thereof.

Larger centers may wish to focus on a day center approach. On the premises, one might have a common area, where some recreational items could be lodged - e.g., pool or ping pong tables, a small library, dining area, etc. One could also have offices, other than those just for professional use, to attend to other aspects of treatment, e.g. vocational rehab counseling, etc. Adequate space should be designated for group therapy. Larger centers often combine evening outpatient services with a comprehensive day center. Again, careful selection of treatment provider background, degree conferrals, professional licensure, etc., must be maintained. Where professional modalities are concerned, verbal abuse of clients must be avoided. Additionally, client to client abuse must be stopped as soon as it starts. Professional or client anger, unless justified, is not to be tolerated. With drug addiction, at least when the rubric was earlier developed, seemed to emphasize a lot of yelling and screaming, provider to client or client to client. There is no rationale for this type of behavior, and it can only lead to recidivism.
